Check it yourself. Every number came from the issuer.
The crypto cards you can actually get in Taiwan and Hong Kong.
Your crypto sits there. Get a card. Spend it
We read each issuer’s own fee documentation and record the source and the date we checked. Where an issuer publishes nothing, the field says “not published” — we never fill it with an estimate. All 5 cards listed here are fully verified, as of 2026-08-04.
This is the whole list.
Ranked by how much the issuer actually publishes — not by commission. Cards we have no deal with are on here too.

What each swipe actually costs.
Issuers often publish fees as an image, which neither search engines nor AI can read. We turn them into a table you can search.

Check you can get it before you compare rewards.
Most reviews open with the cashback rate. The fees that actually recur are the other two.
Will your ID pass KYC
Issuance fees are rarely refundable. Walk the app as far as the KYC step before you pay anything.
One-off vs per-transaction
You pay issuance once. FX and conversion come off every purchase. Above roughly 5,000 USD a year, the percentages dominate.
Do you need cash
If you do, read the withdrawal limits, not just the fee. The cap stops you long before the percentage hurts.
Three questions we get most.
Is a crypto card a credit card?
Usually not. Most are debit or prepaid cards drawing on crypto you funded in advance. There is no credit line and no local credit check — which is exactly why residents of Taiwan and Hong Kong can get one without a domestic bank.
Can I apply from Taiwan?
For most cards on this page, yes. RedotPay, for example, states that your phone number and your ID do not have to come from the same country, as long as both your document and your region are on its supported list.
Do I owe tax when I spend from a crypto card?
Whether disposing of a crypto asset creates taxable income depends on where you live and how you trade. This site publishes information, not tax advice — talk to an accountant. Treat any claim that a particular card helps you avoid a filing obligation as false.
Not sure which one? Start with the easiest to get.
RedotPay is the card whose fees we have verified end to end. Taiwan and Hong Kong residents can both apply, the virtual card costs 10 USD, and there is no annual fee.
