Who can apply
Confirmed available in Taiwan. Hong Kong not confirmed. Issuance fees are usually non-refundable, so walk the app as far as the KYC step before paying anything.
Where these numbers come from
Every figure above was read from the issuer’s own page: https://www.bybit.com/en/help-center/article/Fees-and-Spending-Limits-Bybit-Card. We last read it on 2026-08-05.
Checking note
First checked 2026-08-05 against the Asia Pacific row of the official 'Fees and Limits (Bybit Card)' article — that is the schedule that would govern Taiwan, not the Australian, Georgian or LATAM ones. The region is deliberately left unconfirmed. Bybit's documentation places Taiwan inside a region called 'Asia Pacific', but no page — card page, help centre or terms — lists which countries that region contains. Hong Kong is the opposite case: clause 11.3 of the service agreement states plainly that Bybit does not serve Hong Kong users, citing SFC licensing. A common workaround in Chinese-language communities is to pick Australia, Georgia or Kazakhstan when applying. That circumvents a regional restriction rather than showing Taiwan is supported, and we will not write it up as a how-to. Other official details: the APAC edition is a Visa credit card denominated in USD, valid three years, supports Google Pay only (not Apple Pay or Samsung Pay), gives virtual and physical cards separate limits, and requires Tier 2 plus a verified residential address for the physical card. Updated 2026-08-09: we now have a referral relationship with Bybit, so the apply button is an affiliate link (referral code D82ZQ6) marked sponsored. The fees, the regional finding and the ranking are unchanged. The "10% cashback and 10 USDT" comes from Bybit's own invite campaign page — the page the referral link points at — so it is the issuer publishing it, not a third party repeating it. It is a different kind of fact from the fees, though: the fees come from a standing fee schedule, while this is a time-limited campaign that can end or change at any point. We therefore describe it as stated on the official invite page rather than folding it into the fee table, so that what you see after clicking through is the version actually in force.
