Where these numbers come from

Every figure above was read from the issuer’s own page: https://help.crypto.com/en/articles/5973506-crypto-com-prepaid-visa-card-fees-and-limits-singapore-applicable-to-non-singapore-residential-address-users-only. We last read it on 2026-08-04.

Checking note

Corrected on 2026-08-04. We previously wrote that no Taiwan or Hong Kong fee schedule exists. That was literally true but missed the key layer: Crypto.com issues cards per region (its own restricted-markets table lists US, EU, SG, BR, AU and BH card programmes), and Taiwan and Hong Kong users hold a Singapore-issued card, for which there is a dedicated official schedule for non-Singapore residential addresses. That is the governing edition; the page is marked "Updated this week". Note the tier names have changed (Midnight to Basic, Ruby to Plus, Jade/Indigo to Pro, Icy/Rose/Obsidian to Private) while the fee table still uses the old ones; we follow the table. The reward rate itself is tied to the Level Up plan and is not on the fee page, so only the monthly caps are shown. Region tags (decided 2026-08-04): both Taiwan and Hong Kong are marked as available. The basis is that users here receive a Singapore-issued card, and Crypto.com maintains a dedicated fee schedule for "Singapore-issued, non-Singapore residential address" holders — the existence of that document is itself evidence that non-Singapore residents can hold the card. Crypto.com does not publish a country-by-country eligibility list, so the card page states that the fees shown are the Singapore-issued edition and that applicants should confirm their own region inside the app.
