Who can apply
We have not confirmed whether Taiwan or Hong Kong residents can complete onboarding. Issuance fees are usually non-refundable, so walk the app as far as the KYC step before paying anything.
Where these numbers come from
Every figure above was read from the issuer’s own page: https://concierge.kast.xyz/hc/en-us/articles/9850062738703-What-Are-the-Fees-and-Conditions-for-KAST-Cards-and-Accounts. We last read it on 2026-08-04.
Checking note
Checked item by item on 2026-08-04 against the official fees page. Everything matched. Two conditions we had missed are now included: in some countries the first virtual card already costs 2 USD, and non-USD ATM withdrawals add the 0.5%-1.75% FX fee on top of the 3 USD + 2%. Account maintenance: the official fee table has no such line item, so we record it as free. Note: the page's prose calls the top tier "Limited" while every table says "Private"; we follow the tables. Region tags (2026-08-04): left as "not confirmed". KAST does not publish a supported-country list — its own article states that you pick your country from a dropdown during KYC and that an absent country means it has not launched there. Availability is therefore only visible inside the app. With no citable official document, we do not mark it as available.
