Limits

Balance limit At least 10 USD of stablecoins on X Layer before activation

Cashback

Up to 20% cashback on USDG spending during the first 30 days after launch. After that it depends on your VIP tier, and the issuer states plainly that standard users may receive no ongoing cashback — treating 20% as the normal rate will disappoint

Who can apply

Confirmed available in Taiwan. Hong Kong not confirmed. Issuance fees are usually non-refundable, so walk the app as far as the KYC step before paying anything.

Where these numbers come from

Every figure above was read from the issuer’s own page: https://www.okx.com/en-eu/learn/okx-card-eea-fees-rewards-eligibility. We last read it on 2026-08-05.

Checking note

First checked 2026-08-05. Fees are taken from OKX's official OKX Card page for the European Economic Area. One limitation has to be stated plainly: that fee page is written for EEA users, whereas Taiwan opens the card through OKX Pay, and OKX publishes no Taiwan-specific schedule. The fees listed here are quoted from the EEA page and it is not confirmed by any official document that they apply in full to a card opened from Taiwan. The card network (Mastercard) and the virtual-only format do match what we saw. Regions: Taiwan is confirmed by our own completed application, not by issuer documentation. OKX's previously announced OKX Card coverage was the EEA, Singapore, Brazil, South Asia and Africa, with no Taiwan; the Taiwan route runs through OKX Pay, which is not the same programme. Hong Kong is unconfirmed. On rewards: the 20% figure is a 30-day launch promotion. OKX states that afterwards the rate depends on VIP tier and that standard users may get nothing ongoing. Treating 20% as the normal rate will disappoint. Threshold: at least 10 USD of stablecoins on X Layer before the card activates — the app blocks you until that is met. Physical card: the issuer states the card is virtual only, so the physical issuance field is left empty rather than marked free.
