Where these numbers come from
Every figure above was read from the issuer’s own page: https://helpcenter.redotpay.com/en/articles/10339271-redotpay-card-limitations-fees. We last read it on 2026-08-04.
Checking note
Checked item by item on 2026-08-04 against the official fee table: all 13 fees and 9 limits match, nothing needed correcting. The table is published as an image and is marked "Effective from December 1, 2025". Newly added this round: the 1.5% select-merchant fee, documented in a separate official article (10339275), which applies to Facebook Ads, Discord and several game top-up platforms. [Hands-on, 2026-08-12] Taiwan is now recorded as verified by us: we completed an application with a Taiwanese identity. Only hands-on testing can settle this, because RedotPay publishes no list of eligible countries — only 41 countries where KYC cannot be completed, and neither Taiwan nor Hong Kong is on it. Hong Kong stays at “not on the exclusion list”, since we have not applied with a Hong Kong identity.
