The list is the issuer’s and can change at any time. Being on it is not a guarantee of approval — KYC still decides.

How to apply

  1. Complete advanced verification first

The issuer states you must finish Advanced verification before applying. Until you do, the application entry point is not shown — it is not hidden somewhere else.

  2. Apply for the MEXC Card online

Submit from the card page. Eligibility is limited to four countries — the Philippines, Taiwan, Vietnam and Thailand — and the product page says so explicitly; applying from elsewhere will not pass.

  3. Top up once to activate

The issuer states the card service starts only after one deposit. Being approved is not the same as being able to spend, and missing this step looks like a broken card.

  4. Add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet

Both Apple Pay and Google Pay work — we added them ourselves. Worth noting: the product page lists Google Pay only in the specification block, while the application steps on the same page say “Apple Wallet or Google Wallet”. The issuer contradicts itself; in practice both work.

Where these numbers come from

Every figure above was read from the issuer’s own page: https://www.mexc.com/learn/article/mexc-card-fees-the-complete-guide-to-costs-and-benefits/1. We last read it on 2026-08-12.

Checking note

First checked 2026-08-05 against MEXC's own help articles: fees from 'MEXC Card Fees', regions from 'MEXC Card: Supported Countries, Restricted Regions & What KYC Actually Requires'. Regions: MEXC names Taiwan as a priority market and asks for a Taiwanese proof of address, making it one of the few cards whose issuer states Taiwan in writing. Hong Kong appears on neither the supported nor the restricted list, and absence is not permission, so we do not mark it. 24 jurisdictions are restricted, including the US and China. Physical card: VIP invite only, shipping 4–6 weeks after launch, and the fee is not published, so that field is left empty. ATM: the fee article never mentions ATM withdrawals, so we neither tag the feature nor publish a rate. We have no commercial relationship with MEXC; the apply link points at the official site and is not marked sponsored. [Correction, 2026-08-12] The region changed from "Taiwan plus global" to "Taiwan plus Southeast Asia". The official product page lists exactly four eligible countries for the MEXC Card: the Philippines, Taiwan, Vietnam and Thailand. Tagging it global was wrong — four countries is not worldwide availability, and the tag would tell readers outside that list they can apply. The same page shows the issuance fee as 0 USD discounted from 20 USD, and we record it that way, because a promotional price and a standing price are different things. [Updated 2026-08-12] We now have a referral relationship with MEXC, so the apply button is an affiliate link (referral code 1WFeD) marked sponsored. The fees, the regional finding and the ranking are unchanged. [Hands-on, 2026-08-12] Both Apple Pay and Google Pay work. This started as a contradiction in the issuer's own page: the MEXC Card specification block lists Google Pay only, while the application steps on the same page say "Apple Wallet or Google Wallet". We added both wallets ourselves and confirmed they work, so the apple-pay tag is now set. The source for this is hands-on use, not documentation.
