Can you get RedotPay Card in Hong Kong?
Probably — nothing in RedotPay (Hong Kong)’s own documents rules out Hong Kong, but the issuer never says yes either.
The issuer publishes a list of countries it does not serve, and this one is not on it. That is weaker than being named as eligible — it means nothing forbids it, not that the issuer has said yes.
What RedotPay publishes is a list of countries where identity verification cannot be completed, not a list of eligible ones. Neither Taiwan nor Hong Kong is on it.
