Can you get RedotPay Card in India?
Probably — nothing in RedotPay (Hong Kong)’s own documents rules out India, but the issuer never says yes either.
The issuer publishes a list of countries it does not serve, and this one is not on it. That is weaker than being named as eligible — it means nothing forbids it, not that the issuer has said yes.

Of the 13 cards we track, none can be confirmed as available from India. That is not the same as saying none exist — it means no issuer we cover has published eligibility for this country, and we have not tested it ourselves.
