Can you get RedotPay Card in Malaysia?
Probably — nothing in RedotPay (Hong Kong)’s own documents rules out Malaysia, but the issuer never says yes either.
The issuer publishes a list of countries it does not serve, and this one is not on it. That is weaker than being named as eligible — it means nothing forbids it, not that the issuer has said yes.
RedotPay does not publish a list of eligible countries — only the countries where identity verification cannot be completed. Not being on this list means nothing forbids it; it does not mean the issuer has said yes. We keep those two apart.

Of the 13 cards we track, 2 can be used from Malaysia — either because the issuer names the country, or because we applied ourselves.
