Can you get ether.fi Cash Card in Hong Kong?
Probably — nothing in ether.fi’s own documents rules out Hong Kong, but the issuer never says yes either.
The issuer publishes a list of countries it does not serve, and this one is not on it. That is weaker than being named as eligible — it means nothing forbids it, not that the issuer has said yes.
ether.fi publishes no list of eligible countries, only a list of countries it does not serve. Hong Kong is not on that list.
